Smaller Orders – eg 1 Custom 8 Bar Set plus accessories
If you have placed a smaller order with us your order will have been sent out via the Royal Mail 48 service.
You will have received an email from us on the day your order was dispatched, and the delivery aim for the Royal Mail 48 service is normally 2-3 days (excluding Sundays). During the festive season, orders may take slightly longer to arrive.
If you have not received a dispatch email from us, please check your spam folder.
If you have not received your order yet and are concerned please do the following:
- Have a look through your post for a ‘Something for You’ card from Royal Mail.
- These are normally red but they are also using festive blue ones this year. This card will tell you when Royal Mail tried to deliver to you, where your parcel is now, and what your redelivery options are, if relevant.
- Check with your neighbours.
- Royal Mail have never truly lost one of our parcels. It is REALLY worth checking with your neighbours to see if they have your parcel. 9 times out of 10, this is where ‘lost’ parcels are normally found. The cards from Royal Mail saying that they have left your parcel with a neighbour can be mistaken for junk mail and binned so it really is worth popping next door to check. You never know, you might also get a mince pie 🙂
- Check with your local Royal Mail delivery office. Click here to find your local delivery office.
- If your neighbours don’t have your parcel, then it is highly likely it is at your local delivery office. The cards from Royal Mail saying that your parcel has been returned to your local delivery office can be mistaken for junk mail and binned so it is really worth popping down to see if they have your parcel.
- IMPORTANT – you will need to bring ID with you. This page details what forms of ID will be accepted – it is different if you are collecting a parcel for yourself or someone else.
Larger Orders – eg 2 Custom 8 Bar Sets or a hamper
If you have placed a larger order with us your order will have been sent out via UPS.
You will have received an email from us on the day your order was dispatched.
You will also have received an email from UPS detailing when your order was expected to arrive (normally next working day – NOT weekends).
If you have not received a dispatch email from us or an email from UPS, please check your spam folder.
If UPS attempted delivery and you were not home they should have left you a card detailing the whereabouts of your parcel. If you do not have the card, then please click on the tracking link on any of the emails you will have received from UPS to find out where your parcel is.
You can also find your nearest UPS access point via this link. If you do not have a card to show who you are, you will probably need the email from UPS and/or proof of ID, such a driving licence.
Guaranteed Next Day Delivery
You will have received an email from us on the day your order was dispatched.
If it was a large order it will have been sent via UPS’ next day delivery service (not including weekends), if it was a smaller order it will have been sent via Royal Mail’s Guaranteed Next Day by 1pm service (not including weekends). Please see above for how to locate orders from Royal Mail and UPS.
Please note that orders placed after 12pm on a Friday are likely to be delivered the following Monday, at the latest.
