Jet-setting soap

We love the fact that we live in an age where we can handmake natural soaps in the UK and deliver them to locations as diverse as New Zealand, Singapore, and Dubai; and normally in a matter of days.

We have regular customers in all these locations, and more, and would be more than happy to post soaps to you, or as a gift, wherever in the world you’d like!

We do not yet have the ability to automatically calculate shipping costs on our checkout form for every country in the world – we hope to be able to do this in the near future.

Don’t let this put you off though, its still very easy to arrange international shipping with us:

1) Simply give us a ring or email, letting us know a rough idea of which soaps you’d like (or at least how many) posted where, and we’ll come back to very quickly – normally within a few hours – with a variety of shipping options.

2) From there, we’ll email you a simple payment request (or you can also call in), and get your order shipped out to you right away, normally on the same day we receive payment.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, and only charge you exactly what it costs us to post your soaps to you, or, in many cases, often less.

Our offices are open Monday – Friday 9:30am to 5:30pm UK time, excepting UK Bank Holidays and occasional seasonal breaks.

Important notes

You will receive an email from us when your soaps have been dispatched. Most orders are sent on the same day we receive them, excepting weekends, UK Bank Holidays and occasional seasonal breaks.

Any taxes or customs duties levied in transit or on arrival on your package is your sole responsibility.
