We’re almost always making soap and dispatching orders

It’s not often that we take a break from our much-loved activities of soap making and posting out your parcels to you.

Just as our soap needs to rest and mature before its at its best though, we also need to rest and take the odd break.

Don’t worry, we always update this page, plus prominent other places on our website, well in advance of any closures; and generally also email our newsletter subscribers with prior warning so they know when it would be a good idea to stock up.

If you’re concerned about running out of your favourite bar, you’re always welcome to give us a ring or email to find out when our next break will be, or perhaps order your favourite bars now.

A general idea of our minimal yearly pauses in dispatch –
the website is always open!

Our offices are always closed on UK Bank Holidays, and we generally close between Christmas and New Year.

If its been a particularly hectic start to the year (as increasingly seems to be the norm!), then we might also close for a few days over Easter.

We’re generally here though to make and post you your soaps, and answer any questions.

Our email accounts never close, so even when we aren’t dispatching orders, you’re very welcome to drop us a line and we’ll get back to as soon we possibly can.

Even when we’re not dispatching, it’s still a good idea to order as this reserves your bars.
Your package will then be posted out to you on the first/second day we’re open again after our break.

We are open every week, Monday to Friday, from 9am through 5:30pm UK Time.
